Contest Rules before it starts

I’m writing this post to ask for the community’s support in changing the procedure for presenting contests. Currently, we can only read the contest rules after the contest has started. This can lead to situations where we might create a completely off-theme design and waste time creating a new design while the contest is already underway.

I request, and hope for your support, that the rules be viewable before the contest begins, when it is scheduled.
