I’m working on a droid as my cyberbrick project. I have a rotating dome driven by a servo. The issue now is lighting it.
All the cyberbrick components except the motors are encased in a frame that drops into the body but the leds will need to be in the dome.
My plan is mount the led breakout board in the dome and run the wire down to the board. My concern comes from the dome rotation and twisting that wire too much. From what I read there is no simple way to limit the rotation of a continuous servo. So would the 180 degree servo be my best option and accept the limitation?
I included a cutaway for reference

Here is my video post of it in action
