I created a website so that people could create color lithophanes that actually matched the color profile for bambu’s cmyk filament. To my surprise it rejected my print profile because the quality is too good? I’m supposed to “simplify the model or use a larger slicing layer height”. That would completely defeat the purpose of creating the color lithophane profile in the first place. I’m just confused why bambu makes these great printers, but doesn’t want high quality models to show them off? Would love to hear an official explanation, would love even more for this restriction to be dropped. Fortunately my 0.4mm nozzle profile was able to slip through and I could add the 0.2 profile as an additional file but that wasn’t how I wanted it to be.
