hello bambu lab team, i have seen a lot of users writing in the comments that they are not able to leave a 5 star and they even claim the model is 100% perfect. i had this issue in the past and i know why this is happening, it is because the print at 99% when almost nearly done, well the filament sometimes rewinds badly in the ams and therefore causes a jam, so the users look at this and think the print is done anyways so they stop the print and then are only able to leave a 3 star as the print is not fully done. I believe that 5 stars ratings should be alowed if the print is at 99%. thank you
