I think that rating a profile 3 stars or less should require a photo of the failed print and details on how it failed so we can address the issues. Too many people just drop a low rating with a vague reason with no proof of even printing it or any details on what exactly happened so we can address the issue.
Its unfair that we cant even get a chance to help them fix it because they dont describe what happened exactly or show what happened so we can determine if it was just a dirty build plate or if there is something actually wrong with the model.
We need specifics or we cant help
