First, here are the new guidelines that were published today - 2025-11-26
If your printing experience did not meet expectations and you rate it 1–3 stars, consider including information such as:
- A clear and detailed description of the issues encountered
- The print settings or materials you used
- Photos of the print results to make the problem more visible and allow the creator or other users to assist you

Now to what I would like to comment on:
Pay close attention to the wording: “consider including information.” So, is there still no requirement to upload a photo, i.e. is there still no hard system lock? To be fair, I should mention that Bambu always deletes bad reviews. I thought the next step would be to make it mandatory to upload a photo if someone publishes bad review.
Nevertheless, this does not protect against spam and unjustified negative reviews. I mean, it’s good to have that stated again, but as long as the system - i.e. the website - doesn’t force you to upload a photo, the problem will still arise.
Perhaps I am overlooking something, feel free to join the discussion, share your thoughts, …
