Uploading models from other creators used to be possible via “share” (in contrast to remix or own creation). This linked to the original creators model on e.g. Thingiverse or Printables.

- Models that only have slight variations but are uploaded as “Remix” will be taken down. Such models should be uploaded as “Share”.
I just tried it and could not select “share” as model type.
Has the “share” upload been disabled?
That would be very sad, since it allowed recognizing original contributions without creating additional work for the creator.
(And yes, as a fix to the situation I have contacted the creator of the model and asked him to share it on makerworld.)
