It turns out, for reasons unknown, MW purposely leaves out the Boost points in the points breakdown and fails to provide any totals or sub-totals for points.
There is a computer in the mix that could provide the answer rather than asking users to calculate 12 values and 2 multiplications, so why not include that information which should have been required?

I have cross-referenced the analytics breakdown of points from Wednesday 16th October to 22nd Tuesday October.
This list shows the percentage of points shown in analytics vs the total derived from the log entries point in the Points > Transactions.
It assumes the transaction log entries are accurate as those are used by MW to convert into money, gift cards or products. Those are 100%, and the analytics values are converted into a percentage of that score.
16th = 56.87%
17th = 68.17%
18th = 72.76%
19th = 61.89%
20th = 57.90%
21st = 52.28%
22nd = 51.50%
If the analytics are 51-72% accurate and different each day, what is going wrong and so often?
A week-long period is sufficient to counteract anomalies in data collection periods and timezone differences.
@MakerWorld @Tanklet any ideas why the Analytics is so wrong?
Anyone?
